Our two guest houses offer optimal conditions for accommodating lecturers, speakers and other guests of the universities. Both houses are centrally located – close to the city and directly at the Aasee – so that almost all university facilities can be reached on foot or by bike.
agora: am Aasee
The “agora: am Aasee” has over 25 classically modern furnished rooms, some of which offer a magnificent view of the Aasee. The offer ranges from small single rooms for short-term stays to large double rooms with a max. 70 m² for longer stays.
Prices for reservations which are made by the higher education institutions, depending on the type of room:
single room: from €69.00 excl. breakfast
double room: from €79.00 excl. breakfast

SeeZeit
Approx. 450 m away from the agora you will find our second house, the “SeeZeit”. It was opened in 2008 and has 23 modern and cosily furnished guest rooms with shower or bathtub as well as 13 other simpler rooms, which are equipped with a washing facility and a shared bathroom on each floor.
Prices for reservations which are made by the higher education institutions, depending on the type of room:

double room: from €80.00 without breakfast
Rooms without private bathroom:
single room: €49.00 without breakfast

Conferences
For the organisation of your event, we offer the rooms of our conference centre with a total area of approx. 300 m² as well as a conference room on the upper floor of the adjoining Mensa building (university canteen) with about 70 m². Another conference room is located about 450 m away in our second house, the “SeeZeit”. For events on a larger scale, the Mensa halls can also be made available to a limited extent.
The entrance to the conference centre with its extensive glass façade facing the Aasee and a covered balcony can be reached via Bismarckallee 11b. Rooms 1a, 1b and 2 are located here. The modern, light-flooded architecture combined with professional service provides the ideal setting for conferences, training courses, seminars, receptions and meetings. Conference room 3 is on the upper floor of the Mensa building and can be accessed using the entrance to Bismarckallee 11.
All conference rooms are equipped with modern conference technology and have air-conditioning, an electrically controlled sunshade and an additional light dimming option.
