From September 1 to December 31, 2025, there will be new rules and times for consultation hours in the area of student financing.
Zeiten für Sprechstunden
The personal consultation hours will take place at the following times in future:
- Monday: 10:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 15:00 (open consultation hours)
- Tuesday: 10:00 – 12:00 (by appointment)
- Thursday: 13:00 – 15:00 (by appointment)
👉 You can simply drop by on Mondays. Please note beforehand: Last registration for the morning consultation: until 11:30 am. In the afternoon until 14:30. Please register at the central info point
👉 On Tuesdays and Thursdays, please book an appointment in advance via the TEVIS platform.
Where can you find us?
From September 1, 2025, every consultation hour will start at the Central Info Point (Mensa am Aasee, 1st floor). You can register there and find out in which room the Counselling will take place.
Please note: You may not necessarily be advised by the same person who is processing your application.
