For the artist Jack Widdowson, dance means above all: fantasy. In his choreography THE GREENHOUSE, you can experience just how fantastic this can be. The performance invites you into a world that is both vulnerable and overwhelmingly vital. Together with director Emilio Díaz Abregú, Widdowson creates a poetic-surreal mix of contemporary dance, puppet theater and spatial art. A sprouting garden of coexistence. Populated by the most wonderful creatures, at once familiar and alien. In this garden, the boundaries dissolve. Between people and plants. Between civilization and nature. Between past, present and future. THE GREENHOUSE tells of the understanding of living beings and the symbiosis of species. Of the fragile balance of our coexistence.
