This is partly due to staff shortages and the introduction of new digitalization processes, which are not yet working as planned and are currently taking more time than they are saving. <\/p>\n<p>We know that many of you are in urgent need of BAf\u00f6G payments and we very much regret the delays that have occurred. Please be assured that we are working hard to catch up on the processing backlog as quickly as possible.
