Come along on a special day trip into nature. We’ll drive to Rheine and explore the Waldhügel Nature Reserve with its former limestone quarries, beautiful lookout points, and the impressive turquoise-blue lake. From the train station, we’ll walk together for about 30 minutes to the trailhead. There, we’ll spend about two to three hours in nature, with time for hiking, forest bathing, taking photos, and a relaxing break. In late November, it’s time to bundle up, enjoy the fresh air, and spend a special fall day outdoors together.
Part of the series: “Connect With Nature for Better Stress Management.” Registration is due by November 26, 2026.
Meeting time: 9:20 a.m.; the train leaves at 9:35 a.m.
