Good news from our gastronomic facilities: Since Monday, April 28, 2025, our popular food truck has been back on the road in Münster! It has lots of new, fresh recipes in its luggage – perfect for a healthy lunch break.
From Monday to Thursday between 11:15 and 14:00 you can look forward to a variety of dishes. Here is an overview:
28.04. – 02.05.2025
Thai curry in coconut sauce with basmati rice and coriander pesto
05.05. – 09.05.2025
Grilled gnocchi – either with tomato chutney, rocket and parmesan or with pesto, feta cubes and nuts
12.05. – 16.05.2025
Spring bowl with carrot, cucumber, mushrooms, radishes, pickled onions, asparagus, lime dressing and honey-buttermilk topping
19.05. – 23.05.2025
Mac’n’Cheese – optionally with honey-bacon bits or sour cream, jalapeños and grilled vegetables
Depending on the day of the week, the food truck can be found at various locations throughout Münster:
- Mondays: Schlossplatz (Schlossplatz 2, Münster)
- Tuesdays: Courtyard of the Juridicum (Universitätsstraße 14-16, Münster)
- Wednesdays: Stein-Haus (Schlossplatz 34, Münster)
- Thursdays: Platz der Weißen Rose (Scharnhorststraße 100, Münster)
