Start and completion of studies

We help you to start and finish your studies smoothly. We often receive these and similar questions:

You can make use of the social counselling service at any time if you need support with problems during your studies or in your private life. Whether it’s financial worries, questions about your studies or personal challenges – we are here for you.

Yes, our counselling sessions are anonymous and confidential. We will treat your concerns discreetly and we are legally obliged to protect your data. You can talk openly about anything that is bothering you.

Our counselling services are free of charge for students. So you don’t have to worry about additional costs – we’re here to help you without you having to pay for it.

You can easily make an appointment for social counselling online. Choose a time that suits you and decide whether you would like to receive advice in person, over the phone or online.

We recommend making an appointment to avoid waiting times and to ensure that we have enough time for your request.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. You can simply postpone or cancel the appointment online so that we can offer the place to other students.
