When it comes to planning and preparing our dishes, we pay special attention to the quality of our products. We would like to ensure that the customers who dine at our student canteens and bistros are able to eat healthy food every day that is prepared using ingredients that are sustainably produced. For these reasons we have chosen to adopt the standards of the German Society for Nutrition (DGE).
Another aspect of our quality standards is strict compliance with good hygiene practice. Our hygiene standards, which are already subject to regular inspections by the city’s own food control board, are also rigorously tested by an external organisation contracted by us – the TüV-Süd Food Safety Institute.
